Munich's Viktualienmarkt

The Viktualienmarkt was stall after stall of delightful treasures.  This was the place I bought oranges for our breakfasts.  The seller spoke little English, but as I looked at all the varieties he offered, and asked hopefully for "sweet?", he went right to a specific pile of oranges, and selected a couple fresh ones for us.  Juicy, sweet, and oh so delicious.  I went back for more.

I admired the olives, the spices, the variety of fruits and vegetables, and all the cheese and wine offerings. The market also sells meat, fish, seafood.  We watched one customer buy an octopus.
